From Victorian terraces in Islington to large family houses in Hampstead and Highgate, north London homes are often lived in hard and loved for generations. We design for exactly that.
Family houses, carefully updated
Many north London projects are about making a period house work for modern family life: opening up the ground floor, adding a kitchen extension, turning a loft or basement into usable space, and keeping the character that made the house appealing in the first place.
Our interior designers plan those changes room by room, with joinery, lighting and materials drawn together.
Smart Living in a period home
A renovation is the right time to add lighting control, multi-room audio and a proper Wi-Fi network. We work with your builder so cabling goes in at first fix, then return at the end to commission, set scenes and hand over.
Our work here
Our Hampstead principal suite and Islington snug show how we approach north London homes: calm, layered rooms with lighting and joinery designed as one.

Questions we are asked
Can you work alongside our extension builder?
Yes. We regularly work with builders and architects, supplying drawings and first-fix information to suit their programme.
Can you help with a loft or basement conversion?
Yes. These spaces often become studies, cinemas or guest suites, and benefit from interior and technology being planned together.
Do you work on single rooms?
Yes, where the room is part of a considered scheme, such as a principal suite or a kitchen.
