A system is only as good as the support behind it. We stay involved after the project is finished, so changes are easy and problems are dealt with quickly.
A proper handover
Before we leave, we walk every member of the household through the system: the keypads, the app, the scenes and what to do if something does not behave as expected.
You receive documentation for the installation, including what was installed, where it is and how it is connected, so any future work starts from an accurate record.
Living with it
The first few weeks in a new home usually show what needs adjusting. A scene might be too bright, a blind might need to close earlier, or a keypad button might be better used for something else.
We expect these changes and make them. Many can be done remotely, without a visit.
Ongoing support
For clients who want continuity, we offer ongoing support. We can keep software and firmware up to date, check the system remotely and respond when you need us.
- Remote diagnostics and adjustments where the system allows it.
- Software and firmware updates, tested before they are applied.
- Site visits for faults, changes and additions.
- Support for systems installed by other companies, after an initial survey.
Questions we are asked
Do you support systems you did not install?
Often, yes. We start with a survey to understand what is there and how it was programmed, then tell you honestly what we can support.
Can changes be made remotely?
Many can. With your permission, remote access lets us adjust scenes, timers and settings without a visit.
What if we want to add rooms or systems later?
Systems are designed with expansion in mind. Adding a room, a new screen or more speakers is usually straightforward.
