Many homes have a Lutron system that was installed years ago and has not been touched since. We can bring it back under support, make changes, and plan an upgrade when the time is right.
Start with a survey
We visit, identify the system and its components, and check how it was programmed. You get a clear picture of what is there, what still has manufacturer support and what options you have.
Your options
Sometimes a system only needs reprogramming and a few replacement parts. Sometimes it makes sense to move to current Lutron equipment, often in stages so the house stays usable throughout.
- Reprogramming scenes, timers and keypad buttons.
- Replacing failed dimmers, keypads or processors.
- Adding rooms or shading to an existing system.
- Staged upgrades to RA3 or HomeWorks.
- Integration with a new app or control system.
Questions we are asked
Our installer has gone out of business. Can you help?
Yes. This is one of the most common reasons people contact us. We start with a survey to understand the system.
Do we have to replace everything?
Not usually. Many systems can be supported as they are or upgraded gradually.
Can we keep our existing keypads?
That depends on the system generation. We will tell you what can stay after the survey.
